Small high windows, make daylight a jewel in this classic roadside bar. Tall diner stools and sturdy tables will not easily be knocked over. The friendly bar staff keeps the food and drink coming to to the guests. My beef sandwich and large mug of coffee were very tasty and just what I needed before getting back on the road.
This is a great place to go. food is great and waitresses are very nice. I stop there everytime i go through there.
Great Food! Great prices!! I didn't see any price increases during or since covid!! Burgers and shrimp are great. And brat burgers! Servers are so friendly and available for needs. We never have to look for them! Clean bathrooms! Nice patio when warm enough!!! Highly recommend... Kid friendly for sure. Check out the poster in the ladies' bathroom!!!! LoL!
Classic small town bar with hot fresh food. I recommend the cheeseburger. Great vibe just right off rt. 66, cold beer on tap, not overly loud, very clean.
Very nice little Roadhouse bar right on Route 66. The food was great, the bartenders were friendly, and the beers?...They were wet and cold for a couple of weary travelers on a 100 day.
Colin’s Burger Bonanza: A Culinary Journey I Didn’t Know I NeededFirst bite in and I immediately questioned if Colin was a chef or a wizard in a greasy apron. This burger didn’t just slap—it filed for full custody of my taste buds. The patty was grilled to perfection, like it had been serenaded by Gordon Ramsay himself, but without the yelling. The lettuce was so crisp, I’m convinced Colin individually interviewed each leaf for the position. The tomato was juicy enough to have its own zip code, and the bun? Softer than my emotional state after watching a Pixar movie. Now, I don’t know what Colin did to the sauce, but I’m 90% sure it contains the essence of a high five from Chuck Norris. I asked him what was in it—he just smiled like a man who knows he’s won at life.Only downside? I’m now emotionally dependent on this burger. Thanks, Colin. You’ve ruined all other burgers for me.10/10. Would let Colin adopt me and raise me on burger.
Classic bar food! Crispy tater tots and cheese curds. Not too loud either!
A group of us Canadians were passing through and stumbled on this place. It is a great vibe. Cold beer, and food specials. The play music outdoors on their great patio. The servers and bartenders were very friendly. We chatted with the locals and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend.
